The Muslimah Professional Network was created to uplift and empower Muslim women as they navigate professional life.

Being part of a minority and often the only visible Muslim in the workplace does not mean that we shrink or dim our light and confidence. Instead, we should aim to take up space and use our voice for self-advocacy.

At MPN, we understand that this is easier said than done.

We want this network to be a space where we showcase confident and accomplished Muslim women and create opportunities for genuine connection through networking, mentorship, and other forms of professional empowerment.

In creating community, we hope that our sisters will find MPN to be a safe space where the example of others and the guidance available will be a good support when the going gets tough.

You will also find clear, accessible workplace guidance drawn from organisations like ACAS to help you understand your rights and seek the accommodations that you are entitled to.

We are excited to work alongside anyone who shares our commitment to uplifting and improving the experiences of Muslim women in professional environments.
